Weddings and Banns
Weddings can take place at All Saints according to the rites of the Church of England or of the Methodist Church,
Couples wishing to marry in a Church of England service must have Banns read out in church.
Banns are an announcement in church of your intention to marry, they are an ancient legal tradition.
Banns need to be read in the parish where each of you lives as well as the church in which you are to be married, if that is somewhere else.
